This permission relates to the erection of first floor extension and a detached garage/guest accommodation as shown in drawing numbers WL/07/1049/1, WL/07/1049/2, WL/07/1049/3, WL/07/1049/4 and WL/07/1049/5 date stamped 18th September 2007.
Condition 3
No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing dwellinghouse.
Condition 4
The additional living accommodation shall only be used as ancillary accommodation to the main dwellinghouse and at no time shall form a separate dwellinghouse.
