In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 6th November 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of first floor extension and a detached garage/guest accommodation as shown in drawing numbers WL/07/1049/1, WL/07/1049/2, WL/07/1049/3, WL/07/1049/4 and WL/07/1049/5 date stamped 18th September 2007.
- No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing dwellinghouse.
- The additional living accommodation shall only be used as ancillary accommodation to the main dwellinghouse and at no time shall form a separate dwellinghouse.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
