Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This permission relates to the conversion and extension of the barn to living accommodation as shown and described in drawings S1, S2, S4, PA1, PA2, PA3 and PA4 all received on 22nd May, 2007.
Condition 3
The window in the rear elevation must be fitted with glazing which is obscured to Pilkington level 5 or equivalent and retained as such in perpetuity.
Condition 4
Work on the conversion and extension of the building must be undertaken so as to avoid damage or disturbance to existing bat roosts or hibernating bats which are protected under the Wildlife Act 1990.
Condition 5
Prior to the commencement of works on site in connection with the development hereby permitted, the applicant must have approved by the Planning Authority a plan showing existing and proposed levels in relation to Ordnance Datum around the barn, together with a finished floor level for the barn including the extension to ensure that the building will be above the level equivalent to a 1:100 year flood level and if not, any further work required to prevent the building from flooding.
