Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This approval relates to the location plan, site plan and drawing no. 3577-01 date stamped the 19th April 2007.
Condition 3
The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
Condition 4
Prior to the erection of the building a planting scheme that reduces its visual impact must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority. All planting comprised within the agreed scheme must be carried out in the first planting season following the completion of the development. If within a period of five years from the date of the planting of any tree that tree (or any tree planted in replacement for it) is removed, uprooted, destroyed, dies, seriously damaged or becomes defective another tree of the same species and size as that originally planted shall be planted at the same place, unless the Planning Authority gives its written consent to any variation.
Condition 5
The roof of the building must be coloured either dark grey or dark green.
