In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr W W E Parsons Proposal: Erection of an agricultural building at: Field 611455 Baljean Farm Baldhoon Road Lonan Isle Of Man
which was considered on 16th August 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the location plan, site plan and drawing no. 3577-01 date stamped the 19th April 2007.
- The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
- Prior to the erection of the building a planting scheme that reduces its visual impact must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority. All planting comprised within the agreed scheme must be carried out in the first planting season following the completion of the development. If within a period of five
years from the date of the planting of any tree that tree (or any tree planted in replacement for it) is removed, uprooted, destroyed, dies, seriously damaged or becomes defective another tree of the same species and size as that originally planted shall be planted at the same place, unless the Planning Authority gives its written consent to any variation.
- The roof of the building must be coloured either dark grey or dark green.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
