This application sought permission to retain an existing vehicular access at land on Ballamanagh Road, Sulby, Isle of Man. The site forms part of the curtilage of Allandale Farm, situated on the northern side of Ballamanagh Road and to the south of Sulby Village. The application was decided by a Senior Planning Officer under delegated authority and was approved on 27 February 2008. The officer's recommendation was also for approval. Three conditions were attached to the permission.

Condition 1
This approval relates to the retention of the existing access as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 00303/1 and 00303/2 received on the 16th February 2007, 2nd October 2007 and 2nd February 2008.
Condition 2
Within one month of this decision becoming final, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority, a detailed scaled drawing showing the area of the access to be hard-surfaced.
Condition 3
The applicant shall contact the Network Planning Section of the Department of Transport prior to the use of this access to arrange for the erection of a Road Traffic Mirror. Telephone 686600.
