In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the retention of the existing access as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 00303/1 and 00303/2 received on the 16th February 2007, 2nd October 2007 and 2nd February 2008.
- Within one month of this decision becoming final, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority, a detailed scaled drawing showing the area of the access to be hard-surfaced.
- The applicant shall contact the Network Planning Section of the Department of Transport prior to the use of this access to arrange for the erection of a Road Traffic Mirror. Telephone 686600.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
