The site forms part of the curtilage of an existing dwelling, which sits alongside a recently constructed replacement cottage and new garage belonging to the same applicant, to the west of the Ballamodha Straight (A3). The application was determined under delegated authority by the Director of Planning and Building Control. The officer recommended approval, and the decision was issued with two conditions attached.
