25 October 2006 · Delegated
Field 614865, Ballamenagh Road, Baldrine, Isle Of Man, IM4 6al
Permission was granted for the erection of an agricultural building on land at Ballamenagh Moar Farm, Baldrine, in the Parish of Lonan. The officer's report noted that the site is located within a natural dip in the surrounding fields, which limits how visible the building would be from the wider area. The proposed building would also sit next to an existing agricultural structure on the farm. The application was decided by the Director of Planning and Building Control under delegated authority and was approved subject to five conditions.
The application was approved by the Director of Planning and Building Control under delegated authority on 25 October 2006. The building's position in a natural dip in the fields limits its visibility, and its placement next to an existing agricultural building helped support the case for approval.
