In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 24 October 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of two years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to the location plan and agricultural building specifications date stamped the 30th June 2006.

1. Prior to the erection of the building hereby permitted the unapproved structure must be taken down and removed from the site in its entirety.

1. The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.

1. The external colouring of the building must match those of the existing adjacent building.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the M.E.A. to ensure that an adequate supply of electricity can be made available to service this development.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

• The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
