Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This permission relates to the erection of a silo as shown and described in the drawings A1, A2 and A3 and the photograph and form all received on 15th November, 2005.
Condition 3
The silo must be finished in dark green sheeting as shown in the submitted photograph.
Condition 4
The outflow pipe from the slurry store should have two lockable valves fitted in accordance with "The Code of Good Agricultural Practice for the protection of water".
