Condition 2
This permission relates to the erection of a garage and store as shown in drawings P01A and P02 both received on 31st October, 2005.
Condition 3
The garage may be used only for the storage of private vehicles associated with "Clougher Cottage" or those associated with the ancillary cottage identified within the red line on plan reference P02.
Condition 4
The external finishes on the garage and store must match those of the associated cottage.
