In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 12 December 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a garage and store as shown in drawings P01A and P02 both received on 31st October, 2005.
- The garage may be used only for the storage of private vehicles associated with "Clougher Cottage" or those associated with the ancillary cottage identified within the red line on plan reference P02.
Note: The building may be occupied in association with Clougher House, Ballamodha Straight only, and not as a separate unit of residential accommodation as required by PA 03/00694.
- The external finishes on the garage and store must match those of the associated cottage.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
