The 2 bays of the windows on the newer extension on Christian Street and 3 bays on Derby Road should be a ‘half and half’ PVC casement format. This approval only relates to all windows to the First and Second Floor of the above and does not therefore include the Ground Floor windows. Prior to the commencement of works an amended drawing showing this must be approved by the Planning Authority.
Condition 2
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
