In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 8 December 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the installation of sliding sash windows in the original part of the building onto Atholl Place continuing for 3 bays up Christian Street and 3 bays up Derby Road. The four larger format windows fronting directly onto Atholl Place should be paired up sliding sashes. The 2 bays of the windows on the newer extension on Christian Street and 3 bays on Derby Road should be a ‘half and half’ PVC casement format. This approval only relates to all windows to the First and Second Floor of the above and does not therefore include the Ground Floor windows. Prior to the commencement of works an amended drawing showing this must be approved by the Planning Authority.
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
