This application at Craigwhinnie, 7 Ballacriy Park, Colby sought permission for several changes to the property. These included demolishing the existing garage and building a replacement garage on the east boundary, adding a sun lounge extension to the south side of the house, fitting new uPVC windows and doors, and applying a painted dash and render finish over the existing brickwork. Condition 1

Condition 3
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
Condition 4
The surface water discharge from the proposed garage to the adjacent watercourse must be via an approved spillway: the advice of the Department of Transport's Drainage Division should be obtained in this respect.
