The occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employed in agriculture on the Island and the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.
Condition 5
The dwelling shall be used only in association with Bishopscourt Farm and shall not be sold or let off separately.
Condition 6
All services including electricity and telephone where installed must be laid underground.
