In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr & Mrs F K Crowe Proposal: Erection of a farmworkers dwelling, at: Field Adjacent To Glen (County Series 213), Bishops Court Farm Bishopscourt Kirk Michael
which was considered on 18 March 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 0477/1/1, 0477/1/2 and 0477/1/3 date stamped the 16th December 2004.
- The residential curtilage of the dwelling is hereby defined as that shown by the red line on drawing no. 0477/1/2 date stamped the 16th December 2004.
- The occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employed in agriculture on the Island and the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.
- The dwelling shall be used only in association with Bishopscourt Farm and shall not be sold or let off separately.
- All services including electricity and telephone where installed must be laid underground.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
