Condition 1

Prior to the building being occupied as office accommodation, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee full details (including a plan) of the proposed off-site parking spaces; these details must include the arrangements for the long-term security of these spaces for use in association with this building.
Condition 3
This approval relates to the location plan and drawings numbered 51, 52, PA1B and PA2B, all date-stamped 10th May 2004.
Condition 4
Prior to the commencement of any building operations, details of the proposed framing material for the windows must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee.
