- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- Prior to the building being occupied as office accommodation, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee full details (including a plan) of the proposed off-site parking spaces; these details must include the arrangements for the long-term security of these spaces for use in association with this building.
- This approval relates to the location plan and drawings numbered 51, 52, PA1B and PA2B, all date-stamped 10th May 2004.
- Prior to the commencement of any building operations, details of the proposed framing material for the windows must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department, in relation to the fire precautions for this building.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
