Condition 1

All rooflights must be of Heritage design.
Condition 5
The residential units hereby approved may be occupied in association with the main dwelling only and not as separate units of residential accommodation.
Condition 6
The development hereby approved shall not be commenced until such time as the new water treatment works supplying the eastern supply area has been commissioned or, an adequate potable water supply is available to the site, to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee in consultation with the Isle of Man Water Authority.
