Phase 4 Of Lower Pulrose Development To Replace Elm Avenue And Oak Avenue Douglas
Permission was granted for a residential and retail development at Phase 4 of the Lower Pulrose estate in Douglas, comprising 35 dwellings, 10 apartments, retail units with apartments above, parking areas, and landscaping. The site forms part of the Lower Pulrose housing estate and this application was the fourth of seven phases making up a wider master plan. That master plan is designed to incorporate play space, open space, and neighbourhood shopping alongside the new homes. The Planning Committee approved the application, with 3 conditions attached. One drawing was amended during the process following a suggestion from an officer.
