I have asked G. Atkin at the Douglas Corporation to revise the layout such as to accommodate Mike Radcliffe's suggestion (see e-mail).
Now received (Drawing no. P03 Rev A), date-stamped 10th May 2004.

The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
All services must be laid underground, and all soil-stacks constructed internally.
The applicant/developer is recommended to consult with the Housing Inspectorate with regard to compliance with the Housing (Flats) Regulations.
This approval relates to drawings numbered P01, P02, P04-10, and P015-31 date-stamped 25th March 2004, and to drawing no. P03 Rev.A date-stamped 10th May 2004.
Prior to work commencing on site, the applicant should apply to DOT (Highways) for a highway closure in respect of all parts of the existing highway where it is proposed that highway rights should be extinguished under s33 of the Highways Act 1986.
