Ballalough Farm, Poortown Road, Peel, Isle Of Man, IM5 2ar
Permission was granted for the erection of a replacement farmhouse at Ballalough Farm, Poortown Road, Peel. The Planning Committee considered the siting and design of the proposed replacement at length. The replacement dwelling would have an overall footprint of 135.8 square metres. The site sits back from Poortown Road within a copse of trees, which informed the assessment of its rural setting.
