Condition 1
This approval relates to the continuation of infilling as shown in submitted drawings reference M3112-01 and M3112-02 received on 9.12.03.
Condition 2
Access to the site by vehicles must be only from King Edward Road using the roadway approved under PA 97/2134.
Condition 3
Once the infilling has been completed in accordance with the approved drawings, including a top layer of topsoil, the infilled area must be seeded in accordance with that of the remainder of the infilled area on this site.
Condition 4
The approved infilling must be completed, including seeding, within eighteen months of the date of this notice as it becomes final. If the material required to complete the works as shown in the drawings, is not likely to become available within the eighteen months allowed, the slopes must be graded on the basis of the material which is available and on site within the appointed time. If the finished scheme is to differ from that approved on the basis of available material, plans illustrating the finished profiles must be approved by the Committee no later than fifteen months from the date of this notice as it becomes final, giving sufficient time to complete the profiles and undertake the seeding all within the eighteen months allowed.
