Dear Madam,
Further to your letter of the 5th September 2003, we write to provide further evidence to support the application to extend the duration of the above infilling works.
As requested, we enclose a location plan detailing the extent of the completed and continuing works. Sections through demonstrate the progress made to date and the balance of work remaining. Also enclosed are photographs showing the extent of the works.
We estimate that the remaining works will take a further 18 months to complete and reinstate in there entirely. Progress on the infilling is clearly governed by the availability of suitable fill material, and the reason that we require an extension to the proposed completion date is a shortage of suitable fill available during the current planning approval period.
We have now, however, received agreement with Auldyn Construction Limited, the surplus fill to be removed from the proposed new High School at Bemahague, Onchan, will be employed to complete the infill at the Golf Course.
The quantity proposed to be moved off the school site equates to the quantity required to complete the infill.
We further enclose as requested a Method Statement for the infill and reinstatement operation. Incidentally, the proposed profile of the completed infill works can be seen on site at the location of section D - D.

Yours faithfully,
For GOLF & KENURE LIMITED
