The proposed septic tank must not be connected to any watercourse or land drainage system and any proposed soakaway system must not be situated within 10 metres of any ditch or watercourse.
Condition 7
During construction there must be no surface run off from the site to the river which may cause siltation.
Condition 8
The works must not cause an adverse impact in terms of pollution or disturbance to the nearby watercourse or the bankside vegetation.
Condition 9
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 1983 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no external doors or windows shall be replaced (other than those expressly authorised by this permission).
