John Gray 5 Drinkwater Street Douglas In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Park Lane Leasings Ltd
Proposal: Erection of a car sales office at: Glen Moar Mill Glen Helen Road Laurel Bank St. Johns Douglas IM4 3NN which was considered on 5 December 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing number 4385-04B which shows a sales office and septic tank.
- The roof must be finished in slate.
- The windows must be painted timber sliding sash.
- The door must be timber framed.
- The proposed septic tank must not be connected to any watercourse or land drainage system and any proposed soakaway system must not be situated within 10 metres of any ditch or watercourse.
- During construction there must be no surface run off from the site to the river which may cause siltation.
- The works must not cause an adverse impact in terms of pollution or disturbance to the nearby watercourse or the bankside vegetation.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 1983 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no external doors or windows shall be replaced (other than those expressly authorised by this permission).
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
