The internal layout, facilities and means of access into the building must be suitable for use by unaccompanied wheelchair users.
Condition 10
Prior to the commencement of works on site the applicant must have approved by the Planning Committee, following discussion with the Department of Transport, detailed calculations of surface water flow into the detention basin to ensure that such can accommodate the proposed discharge.
Condition 11
The catering facilities shown in the proposed internal layout may be operational only when the remainder of the building and site are open to the public.
