Conditions Of Approval

1. This approval relates to the erection of buildings and engineering, surfacing and landscaping works as shown in drawings 4106/002A, 4106/003A and 4106/004A all received on 13/5/03.

1. SC 1 (4 yrs)

1. The building may be used generally as shown in drawing reference 4106/004A except insofar as the items sold may include only plants, flowers, seeds, gardening, equipment and items related to gardening.

No approval is hereby granted to general retailing and in particular no approval is granted to the "stationery", "cards", "gifts" and "seasonal goods" indicated in drawing reference 4106.004A received on 13.5.03.

1. All stonework shown on the submitted elevation reference 4106.003A received on 13.5.03 must utilise Marx stone traditionally laid.

1. The cladding must be in dark green material; a sample of the proposed cladding must be approved by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of construction of the proposed building.

1. The planting shown in drawing reference 4106.002A must incorporate native species of trees (as approved under PA 02/0978) and this planting must be in place prior to the use of the site as proposed.

1. No approval is hereby granted to any future expansion of
