This application sought minor changes to a previously approved planning permission (22/00069/B) for a dwelling at land to the rear of 'Glenlea', Highfield Drive, Baldrine. The proposed changes included altering a window to a patio door on the west elevation, reducing a door, widening a kitchen window, adding cladding to the east elevation, and installing a flue.
