TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to SPLIT an application by Mr Michael Hooper, Ref 22/01477/MCH, for a Minor Change application to PA 22/00069/B involving window alteration to a patio door to West elevation, door reduction, kitchen window widened and installation of cladding to East elevation and installation of a flue at Land To The Rear Of 'Glenlea' Highfield Drive Baldrine IM4 6ED .
Any conditions or notes which apply to the decision are set out below. This decision relates to the documents and drawing no. 00, 06 which have been received on 2nd December 2022. This approval relates to:
- o the replacement of a patio door and a window on the west elevation,
- o the replacement of a patio door with a narrower one,
- o the replacement of a casement window with a wider one, and
- o the installation of cladding on the east elevation proposed by PA Ref 22/00069/B relating to the erection of a detached dwelling with integral garage at Land To The Rear Of 'Glenlea', Highfield Drive, Baldrine.
This refusal relates to the installation of a flue on the south elevation proposed by PA Ref 22/00069/B relating to the erection of a detached dwelling with integral garage at Land To The Rear Of 'Glenlea', Highfield Drive, Baldrine.
