Change of use of commercial building to a waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling operation (WEEE) (Sui Generis)

Erection of three concrete bays and use of the site for the disposal of biodegradable cut plant material from ground maintenance solely by Onchan District Commissioners (Sui Generis)

Transportation of sediment from the Peel silt lagoon to Cross Vein Mine, treatment of it on site, and use in remediation of the site including capping works; this includes the construction of a settlement pond, temporary treatment plant, a vehicular access point, access tracks, drainage ditches, perimeter fencing, landscape works and temporary welfare facilities

Ongoing operation and decommissioning of a temporary lagoon facility for dewatering and storing sediment dredged from Peel Marina with associated temporary pipelines along and alongside the River Neb between Ballaterson Farm and Peel Marina until 31st December 2027

Restoration of existing silt store to create and maintain a permanent facility for storage and monitoring of dredged material from Peel Marina

Extend the time for landfilling operations to continue until 31st December 2030, plus 1 year to enable the restoration scheme to be completed by 31st December 2031. An additional waste type is also requested for landfilling of non-hazardous dredged material arising from activities carried out under statutory provisions for ports and harbours and/or for flood risk management

Extend the time for landfilling operations at Wright's Pit North to continue until 31st December 2030, plus 1 year to enable the restoration scheme to be completed by 31st December 2031

Installation of 16 groundwater monitoring boreholes.

Creation of a secured storage area for skips (retrospective)

Change of use of site for vehicle, equipment and material storage and waste transfer station for tipping road sweepings, trimmings, top soil and excavated materials, inert and organic vegetation
