REF = Planning Application for a replacement dwelling at ‘Perk Cottage’ Previously approved under p/a 21/00238/B
Dear Sir/Madam
We forward a planning application to extend the time period for the current approval in respect of our application which is due to expire 27 April 2023. You may recall we have previously been granted an extension of time of two years. To update the department – we wish to inform that we have recently secured building regulation approval 22/07756/DOM granted December 2022 We are now consulting with Environmental Health to apply for a demolition order to remove our existing dwelling It is our intention to commence with site works ASAP, however we are overly concerned that due to a lack of availability within the building industry, we will be waiting for contractors to start and consequently not lodge a commencement notice with building control before the live application expires. We therefore wish to apply to extend the approval for a further 12 months (beyond 27 April 2023) and hope the department will be understanding and sympathetic to our position. Our previously approved drawings & details form this extension of time application. Happy to answer any questions
