This application sought to vary Condition 1 of a previously approved planning permission (reference 21/00238/B) for the erection of a replacement dwelling at Perk Cottage, Knock Froy Road, Santon. Condition 1
- 1. The use hereby approved shall be for a limited period of 1 year from the date of this approval and on (or before) the expiry of this approval the use shall be discontinued and the temporary building removed from the site.
Condition 2
- 2. All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the construction of the proposed dwelling. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
