Permission was granted for alterations and extensions to Primrose Lodge, a two-storey detached property on the western side of Slieau Lewaigue, southeast of Ramsey in the parish of Lezayre. Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This approval relates to the alterations and erection of extensions as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings DRWG 01, DRWG 02 and DRWG 03 all received on 10th November 2008.
Condition 3
The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
Condition 4
The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
