Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a timber shed, two green houses and the laying of a stone track as shown by the plans and information REF 1, REF 3, REF 4, REF 5, REF 6 and Completed Checklist submitted and date stamped 21st July 2008.
- The approved shed and green houses may only be used for horticultural purposes.
- Development must be a minimum distance of 8 meters from the watercourse in order to minimise the risk of damage or disturbance to the river banks and river bed. Measures must be in place during construction works to safeguard the watercourse from run-off and sedimentation.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
