In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 8th July 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of replacement windows to the front elevation as detailed on the application form, location plan and photographs x 2 submitted and date stamped 16 April 2008.
- Prior to the commencement of works, a revised dormer design, which is similar in design to the dormers of No.4 Eastfield, shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority, and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
