Condition 3 stated: “Prior to the commencement of works, a revised dormer design, which is similar in design to the dormers of No.4 Eastfield, shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority, and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.” The applicant has submitted photographs and information explaining that they will install dormer windows to match the neighbouring property 4 Eastfield, as requested. Therefore I believe the applicant has fulfilled the requirements of Condition 3.
