The applicant has submitted photographs of a developing site located on Cool Road in Braddan which has panels which are the same as those to be used in the Balthane development. The panels are blue/grey and the flashings, downpipes and window frames are to be anthracite grey. This produces a smart but not intrusive finish which will be acceptable.
