The west elevation entrance was made more prominent, with a projecting gable carried up to first floor level. The rear extension was reduced in length, with revised steps and railings. The restaurant occupies a two-storey building on a prominent corner plot at Station Road and Peel Road, immediately south of Tynwald Hill.

The application was permitted on 25 February 2008 under delegated authority. It amended a previously approved refurbishment scheme for the restaurant, adjusting the conservatory length and roofline, revising the central entrance on the west elevation, and reducing the rear extension.
