In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 25th January 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawing SP/01 and SP/02 all received on 19th October 2007 and the 23rd January 2008.
- The lighting shall only be used when the building is in operation.
- All existing lighting on plan SP/02 received on 23rd January 2008 shall be removed within 1 month of the new lighting being in operation.
NOTE The applicant is advised that the Planning Committee would recommend that the security lighting be on a separate circuit to avoid the illumination of all lights.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
