The replacement dormer windows are to match other dormers within the road in particular No.9 Eastfield which has recent obtained planning permission for replacement dormers. I consider this enhance the appearance of the application site with the Conservation Area and the street scene. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
