Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This permission relates to the creation of an Industrial Estate layout as shown in drawing numbers 1247-01 Rev B, 1247-03, 1247-10 Rev B and 1247-11 Rev A date stamped 25th October 2007 and Tree Planting Strategy/Energy Impact Assessment/Car Parking Strategy date stamped 25th October 2007.
Condition 3
The existing trees indicated on the approved plans to be retained shall not be cut down, grubbed out, topped, lopped or uprooted without the written consent of the planning authority. Any tree removed without such consent or dying, becoming seriously damaged or diseased within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species, unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation.
Condition 4
No building shall be occupied until the access road and pedestrian footpaths have been constructed in accordance with the approved plans.
Condition 5
Prior to the commencement of works, details of the proposed street lighting columns (including details on the spillage of light, and the direction of control of the lights) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter no alterations to the street lights shall occur without the approval in writing of the planning authority.
