The site was an unbuilt plot used for parking and storage, located to the south west of the spine road through the industrial estate. It forms part of a larger site that already held permission for industrial development. The application was amended during the process to rearrange the parking layout, providing 15 spaces running at right angles to the road. Permission was granted with 6 conditions.

   Condition 1

   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   This permission relates to the erection of an industrial building as shown and described in drawings WL/07/1025/1B and the site plan both received on 22nd August, 2007 and the location plan received on 26th June, 2007.
