In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 07022201, 07022202, 07022203, 07022204 and 07022205 date stamped the 28th June 2007.
- Prior to the commencement of the development the timing of the attic and roof works, and method of bat exclusion must be agreed with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry’s Wildlife Conservation Office. The agreed works must be carried out in accordance the agreed timing and method.
- As part of the proposed development a bat access point must be provided in the east gable of the building. Such access point must be agreed with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry's Wildlife Conservation Office.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to discuss the provision of a 2.4 metres attic void within the roof space in accordance with the recommendation of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry's Wildlife Conservation Office.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
