Condition 3
Prior to the commencement of the development the timing of the attic and roof works, and method of bat exclusion must be agreed with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry’s Wildlife Conservation Office. The agreed works must be carried out in accordance the agreed timing and method.
Condition 4
As part of the proposed development a bat access point must be provided in the east gable of the building. Such access point must be agreed with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry's Wildlife Conservation Office.
