In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Heritage Homes Ltd Proposal: Creation of temporary car park pending approval/commencement of phase 2 of residential development, vacant area over phase 1 basement car park at: Former Garage and Sawmills Site Lake Road Douglas Isle of Man
which was considered on 4th September 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the creation of a temporary car park as shown in drawing numbers ap15 and ap16 date stamped 28th June 2007.
- Prior to the use of the car park, a letter notifying the date of completion of the basement car park shall have been submitted to the planning authority. The use of the temporary car
park shall cease after a period of two years from the date of completion of the basement car park unless there is by that date planning permission for a further period. 8A
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
