Condition 1

This permission relates to the erection of a rear extension as shown in drawing number 06/111/01 date stamped 10th April 2007.
Condition 3
No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
Condition 4
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
