In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: National Grid Wireless Proposal: Re development of existing site comprising of the removal of the existing mast and the installation of a 17.5m high monopole mast with associated equipment cabinets at: Existing Transmitter Site Stoney Mountain Road Eairy Isle of Man
which was considered on 29th June 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of a 17.5m monopole mast with associated equipment cabinets as shown in drawing numbers 16898_28_160_M05_05, 16898_28_150_M05_05, 16898_28_100_M05_05, TP 16898.004/1, 16898.005/1, 16898_28_101_M05_05, 16898_28_102_M05_05 date stamped 27th April 2007, Supporting Statement from National Grid Wireless dated 27th April 2007, Declaration of Conformity with ICNIRP Public Exposure Guidelines dated 18th May 2007.
- Within one month of the installation of the equipment cabinets hereby approved, the cabinets shall be colour coated in full accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of being carried out.
- In the event of the mast and equipment cabinets erected under this approval becoming redundant they must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use and the land restored back to agricultural use.
- Within one month of the installation of the relocated and proposed aerial, antennas and dishes onto the mast, they shall have been colour coated in a grey matt grey finish.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
